This was a well-oiled machine when Mr Mercer ran it, but unfortunately he has been ill and David simply is out of his league. Bill is working hard to hold it together, but Mr. Mercer needs to pass the torch to someone with basic computer skills, more intelligence, and some management ability. We were there over 3 hours setting up the service for my loved one, and it was unnecessarily difficult.
